Charging of electric vehicles is completed in one of the following ways:

• charging ends automatically when the battery of the electric vehicle is full or reaches the charge level set by the user;
• charging ends automatically when the reserved funds run out;
• charging can be terminated manually via the Elektrum Drive app.

If charging does not end in the above ways, contact Elektrum Drive's 24/7 customer support.

After charging, depending on the charging device, the plug must be disconnected from the electric vehicle and placed in the designated place in the charging device, or the plug must be disconnected from the electric vehicle and the charging device. Depending on the model of the electric vehicle, it may be that additional steps must be taken in the vehicle to remove the plug.
