The country's first charging stations were opened in 2019 under the Latvenergo Group brand Elektrum Drive to establish a charging network and offer consumer goods related to electric mobility. Elektrum Drive's network of charging stations is based on demand and provides the customer with ultra-fast, high-speed and medium-speed charging options and the most convenient user experience through a special application and a payment system that takes into account the amount of electricity consumed.

The expansion of Elektrum Drive's charging network is currently underway, during which charging stations will be built in Lithuania and Estonia.
